After getting your Confirmation, All tour packages can be initiated after getting fees of 40% of your complete package. Rest payment should be given before 15 days of arrival in case of international booking & 10 days in case of Domestic booking. We take 100 % of fees in case of Flight booking. In case, your tour package got cancelled, & then you can carry forward it to the next year or take refund as per actual refund that we get from our B2B Partners. In this case service fees & taxes will be deduced from the actual refund value. But it entirely depends on circumstances at that time. In case you are unable to utilize your holiday wallet value, then you can gift it to a friend/acquaintance.

Payment Policy

·   40% booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking for Land package

·   60% Rest amount of total tour cost to be given before 15 days of your pick-up date in case of international package / 10 days in case of domestic tour package.

·    100% in case of Airfares

Cancellation Policy:

·         In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing in e-mail.

·         Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges as per our company rules and regulations.

·         Refund Policy:

If your tour package got cancelled, & then you can carry forward it to the next year or take refund as per actual refund that we get from our B2B Partners. In this case service fees & taxes will be deduced from the actual refund value. But it entirely depends on circumstances at that time. In case you are unable to utilize your holiday you can gift it to a friend/acquaintance

Black-Out Dates : All benefits will not be valid on the following dates Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Valentine’s Day. In case, if you would like to travel during blackout dates then 40% extra will be charged of your total package / will be modified from time to time.

Modifications: Yes To Trip Pvt Ltd has the right to modify/change any term and conditions without prior notice, but you will be notified by us via call, message and email.

Complimentary Upgrade : In case, during your desired booking dates the required room is booked we will upgrade your room as per availability.

Check-in/Check-out: We cannot give guarantee on early check-in and early check-out . Hotel has right to take decision on it.

Travel Insurance : We provide Travel Insurance, we have a tie up with many Insurance companies and we will make sure that your family is insured during your travel.

Yes To Trip Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any service related issues during force measure.                 i.e. natural calamities, during curfew, strikes and acts of terrorists or any situation which is beyond the control of Yes To Trip..
Note : If the payment is not received within the stipulated time period then the amount will be fortified as cancellation.

Meal Plan : We are offering EP,CP, AP, MAP meal plans in almost all the destinations, kindly check with the sales executive before confirming your holiday. In few destinations meal plans are not applicable and you will have to purchase your own meal.
